Students’ Day was celebrated in the College of service and design of VSUES.

Students’ Day is a day when students can catch a break from studies and dive into the world of joyfulness and enjoinment! Students are looking forward to this day each year since the 25th of January, 1755 when the Empress Elizaveta Petrovna signed a Decree “About foundation of the Moscow university”. Starting that moment Saint Tatiana’s day became a holiday for all the students, - with these words a Students’ day concert was started.

During the whole event the show presenters were telling the audience of how students celebrated this day in different periods of time. The brightest and most active students demonstrated their spots. There were rousing performances of the dance team “The Best” and new songs from vocal group “Unost”, performances of the best lead singers: 4-year student of the profile “Organization of service in public catering” Alina Sgurskaya and 2-year student of the profile “Taxes and taxation” Anna Rudenko, off-beat jokes and sketches of the cameo theater “Litsa”. The celebration was ended with a traditional hymn “Gaudeamus”.
