March 28 – April 5, 2020 is a holiday period in VSUES

In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 25 March, 2020 #206 «About the announcement of non-working days in the Russian Federation» and to ensure sanitary and epidemiological safety in the country, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation issued an order about vacations for students from March 28 – April 5, 2020.

The changes in the academic calendar were made in order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection.

The period from March 28 to April 5, 2020 is set for holidays for VSUES students (including branches). The order (#280, «About the execution of the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated March 25, 2020 #484») was issued and signed by Tatiana Terentieva, rector of the VSUES, 26 March, 2020. All changes have been made to the academic calendar 2019-2020.
