Elections of the rector of VSUES will be held on July 7

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation set on the election date of the rector of the Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service - July 7, 2020, beginning at 12 o’clock.

The number of delegates to the Rector Election Conference included 110 people, including members of the academic council and delegates from workers and students elected by the structural divisions of the university. Due to the fact that in the Primorsky Krai the restrictive measures related to the non-proliferation of coronavirus were extended until July 15, most delegates will participate in the voting procedure remotely, in the format of a webinar.

The conference delegates will be presented with their university development programs by two candidates for the post of rector of VSUES: current rector Tatyana Terentyeva and deputy vice-rector for educational and research work of VSUES Yulia Razumova.

The rector elected by the university staff will officially take over after being approved by order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
