Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law
Faculty of the department provides lectures and seminars in public areas of law, which are mostly related to professional disciplines and forms the basis of legal education.
The research work of the department consists of the study of topical issues of law, comparative studies of the regulation of the legal institutions of Russia and the post-soviet states as well as analysis of judicial practice.
The results of scientific studies are tested in journals hosted on the Russian Science Citation Index platform, at international and all-Russian conferences and Ozerin Readings held annually by the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law.
The professors of the department of constitutional and administrative law actively cooperate with colleagues from FEFU, Vladivostok branch of the Far Eastern Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Law Office of Primorsky Krai, Primorsky Regional Prosecutor's Office, Primorsky Regional Court, the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Primorsky Territory, the Office of the Ministry of Justice in Primorsky Krai.
Students have the opportunity to undergo an internship on the profile of training in law enforcement agencies, enterprises and organizations.
The teachers of the department are actively involved in the international programs of the university.
