VSUES delegation in Vietnam: partnerships between universities and the promotion of the Russian language

From February 22 to March 4, 2019, the delegation of the VSUES participated in three events in Hanoi (Vietnam): the Olympiad in the Russian language, the presentation of educational programs and the XI project "Universities of Russia".
