Pre-university course

Preparatory Department for International Students provides training in the Russian language and general academic subjects for further studies in higher education programs at Vladivostok State University (VVSU).

Areas of study:

• Humanities: Russian, English, History
• Economics: Russian, Mathematics, History
• Engineering: Russian, Mathematics, Physics

Program scope: 2,160 academic hours (1,080 classroom hours + 1,080 hours of independent study)

Upon successful completion of the final assessment (achieving at least 61% in Russian and specialized subjects), students receive a certificate of completion from the Preparatory Department, which grants the right to apply for higher education programs.

Required documents for admission: international passport (with a notarized translation), secondary (complete) general education certificate / higher education diploma (with notarized translations of educational documents), application for admission

Duration of studies: September – June (1 academic year)

Tuition fee for 2026: 230,000 rubles
