Requirements for International Applicants 2026

Dear Applicants!

To proceed with your admission for the 2026 academic year, please prepare the following documents and note the related procedures.

Documents will be accepted from March 1 to August 14, 2026.

1. Admission to Bachelor’s / Master’s Programs

Submit the following:

• International passport
• Notarized translation of the passport into Russian
• Migration card and registration (if you have)
• Educational documents, legalized if required:
  • Complete secondary school certificate(11/12 grades) with transcript (for Bachelor’s)
  • Bachelor’s diploma with transcript (for Master’s)
• Notarized Russian translation of all educational documents
• Certificate of recognition of foreign education in Russia (if required)
• Certificate of completion from a preparatory department or TORFL-1
• Medical certificate confirming fitness to study in Russia, including separate reports from a psychiatrist and a neurologist

2. Admission to the program "Preparatory Course for Foreign Citizens for Mastering Professional Programs in Russian."

The following documents must be submitted:

• International passport;
• Notarized translation of the passport;
• Migration card and registration (if available);
• Educational documents (or official proof of current student status, e.g., an official letter from your school):
  • Secondary school certificate (for 11/12 years of study) or a Bachelor''s diploma with the transcript;
• Notarized translation of the educational documents;
• Medical certificate confirming no contraindications for studying in the Russian Federation (additionally, reports from a psychiatrist and a neurologist).

All document translations must be notarized!

Document Format and Submission

All documents must be scanned in high quality and merged into PDF files (e.g., one file for the passport and its translation, another for educational documents). Please send the completed scans to: international@vvsu.ru

Estimated Expenses (relevant for the 2025/2026 academic year)

Please note the following potential costs after arrival in Vladivostok:

• Dormitory accommodation:4,000 RUB per month.
• Medical insurance(voluntary health insurance policy) for 11 months: 3,500 RUB.
• Visa invitation processing:1,200 RUB.
• Registration:1,300 RUB.
• Medical certificate for dormitory check-in(Form 082/у): 1,100 RUB.
• Medical examination for fingerprinting (dactyloscopy):6,500 RUB.
• State duty for extending a multiple-entry student visa:1,920 RUB.

We recommend verifying the current rates for accommodation and medical services directly before finalizing any arrangements.
