Telebridged International Competition "Modern model of tourism development: East&West"
Dear Colleagues,
We’d like to invite you to take part in the Telebridged International Competition "Modern model of tourism development: East&West", held within the framework of Pacific tourism forum
Competition organizers: Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service, Far Eastern Federal University.
Competition co-organizers: Tourist Information Centre of Primorsky Territory, non-profit enterprise “Tourist association of international integration “Okno v Evraziyu”, with the support of the Administration of Primorsky Territory and the Expert Council for Tourism under the Governor of the Primorsky Territory.
The goal of the Competition - to draw attention to the current problems and peculiarities of tourism development, to discuss prospects for its development in each region.
Competition sections:
- Five reasons to visit your native country (region/city);
- Modern European trends in tourism;
- Asian model of tourism: is it the special nature of tourists or tourist products that matters the most?
Three winners in each section receive Pacific Tourist Forum diplomas. In addition, every presenter gets a Pacific Tourist Forum certificate, confirming his participation in international event.

Participation format: Online presentation
Deadline for submission of applications: May 1st
Deadline for submission of the report presentations: May 15th
Presentation should be sent in Microsoft Power Point-compatible format (.ppt)
Works are not reviewed, THEY ARE non-refundable and THEY may be rejected without explanation.

Presentation requirements
1. presentation's first page should include the report's title, author's first and last names, name of the institution.
2. all presentation slides should be consistent in terms of their appearance
3. every slide apart from the first one should have its sub title
4. font size should not be less than 20 pt.
5. usage of sound and video effects should not be excessive
6. presentation content should not contain false or misleading facts and data
7. total number of slides should not be less than 10 but should not be greater than 30
8. time of presentation should not exceed 10 minutes
9. overal size of presentation file should not exceed 10 Megabytes
Specify "International competition submission" in the email’s subject line. All materials should be sent as attachments.
Competition will be held on May 17th, 2018. Current local time of airing will be determined with the respect of the time zones of alleged participants.
