7 ambassadors visited VSUES
Ambassadors from Mexico, Republic of Colombia, Republic of Ecuador, Republic of Guatemala, Republic of Nicaragua, Republic of Paraguay, and Military Attache of Peru Embassy visited Vladivostok and VSUES with official friendly visit on the 10th of August.
It was first visit to Vladivostok for some of ambassadors. They noted that they would like to visit Vladivostok for a long period of time. Guests expressed their wish to develop partnership cooperation with Vladivostok in cultural, economic, trading, and educational spheres. Ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador Patricio Alberto Chávez Závala said that now the idea of Latin America center creation in Vladivostok is discussing very actively. It could became a good platform for business consultation, for economic partnership development, and for study center of Latin America culture and Spanish language. Alfredo Rogerio Pérez Bravo, Ambassador of Mexico, said that Mexican government has already decided to open Honourable Consulate in Vladivostok and it would became an extra push for development of cooperation between Mexico and Vladivostok.
Ambassadors expressed their wish to visit VSUES. They visited VSUES boarding school for gifted children named after N. Dubinin. They have also visited VSUES campus, sport complex “Champion”, VSUES “Underground” theater. New University library, equipped with European standards, was also presented to VSUES guests.
VSUES guests were very pleased with how University is developing and expressed their hope of further cooperation in educational field.
