VSUES was again visited by a foreign delegation of students

Meeting with guests from twin towns of Vladivostok took place at the department of service and fashion. 19 students from different universities of Korea, China, Japan and Vietnam presented their universities and scientific projects.

The first works of authorship were shown by the winner of the young designers contest “Pygmalion” in the category “Eco design” Maria Zhogova. Models in her collection were done in an unusual technique of felting. After that members of the foreign delegations presented their researches about national costumes of their countries.

Topical demonstration of costumes took place in the theatre of fashion and design “Pygmalion”. The director of the School of service, fashion and design Tatyana Boytsova gave a welcome speech and thanked all the guests for their visit:

-We are happy to welcome you in our university. There are many interesting events in VSUES all the time. I am sure that our meeting will become one of such events.

Foreign guests were impressed by the demonstration of national costumes and upon completion of the performance they insisted to have a souvenir photo with the models.
