VSUES is celebrating its 45th anniversary

In September of this year VSUES is celebrating 45 years since the day of its foundation. The university will keep its birthday on a large scale. The program of celebration includes international meetings and various interesting and important events.

The program started with a scientific and practical conference of librarians, printers and publishers called “Innovative technologies in information supply of education”. It is the 7^th time that this conference was organized. Chiefs and leading specialists in the industry from different cities of Russia and the Republic of Belarus became its participants.

An official meeting of the delegation from the Tottori prefecture (Japan) with the president and management of VSUES took place on September, 19^th in the Turquoise reception room of the university. Questions of continued cooperation between VSUES and the university of environment of Tottori were discussed at the meeting.

On September, 20^th an opening of exhibitions organized by VSUES, friendship societies “Vladivostok-Toyama”, “Toyama-Vladivostok” and the Toyama prefecture will take place in the exhibition hall of the International Relations Department of VSUES. The exhibitions will present calligraphy works and flower compositions in a vase named “Autumn thoughts”. The distribution of awards to the participants of the exhibitions will be held on September, 24.

The youth center of VSUES has prepared a grand concert program consisting of eye-catching original spots. Students from the volunteers’ center of the university will provide assistance in organization and carrying of events devoted to the 45^th anniversary of VSUES.
