Home-base dishes of Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Republic of Belarus, Tatarstan, Republic of Korea, Vietnam, China, Japan, France and the United States of America were presented at the festival.
The award panel chose winners in several categories: “the most exotic dish”, “the most beautiful dish”, “the most popular dish”, “the most team effort” and “the most original presentation”.
