The most beautiful girl of Asian Pacific region is a student of VSUES

Within the Fashion and style week of APR countries a beauty contest was held among Russian and international girls “Super model of APR”. Fifteen girls from Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, China, South Korea and Brazil appeared at catwalk in VSUES. The participants displayed traditional folk dresses, wedding dresses and bathing suits. 

The girls also were offered to say a few words about themselves, their dreams and interests. Then the models posed next to motor-cycles located at the podium, demonstrated decorative dogs, danced in striped vests, displayed edgy costumes of young designers. In addition to the show the spectators could see results of a creative contest “Pacific view” with photo sessions of the beauties. The last stage of the contest was a defile in wedding dresses. Each model appeared at the catwalk holding a little girl-bride’s hand out of Vladivostok young starlets.

Chairman of the judges of “Super model of APR” contest, general director of Fashion House International Vadim Khusainov said:

- We would like to thank the academic teaching staff of the university for high level of preparation of designers and models. We saw talented students and their interesting collections. One of your graduates – Olga Malyarenko received a prize at a Cardin runway show. Now she works in Milan. I am sure that many of VSUES graduates will be successful. Fashion and style week in Vladivostok will become a landmark of the city.
