Attaché of the Russian Embassy in Myanmar Vitaly Novikov - graduate of VGUES: "Congratulate me with my new job!"

We would really like to congratulate our graduate because his dream of diplomatic work became true.

- My blue dream and goal was foreign representation of our country as a Consul or Ambassador. In order to become an employee of the Foreign Ministry of Russian Federation it was necessary to improve my qualification. I decided to work at the Ministry and at the same time to pursue a post graduate program in MGIMO.

Vitaly Novikov graduated from VSUES Institute of International Relations and Social Technologies in 2010. During his student years he was interested in studying foreign languages, took part in the program “Work & Travel”, worked as an interpreter at international meetings.
So within a week after receiving his diploma he was offered to work a translator in JSC "Dalzavod", at that time the partner of the Norwegian company “Aker Solutions”, where he rapidly rose to the position of top manager. 
Prior to appointment to Myanmar (Burma) Vitaly Novikov worked as attaché of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in Vladivostok
