The president of VSUES Gennady Lazarev has been awarded for the development of parliamentarism

The President of VSUES, Doctor of Economics, professor and member of the Legislative Assembly of Primorsky region Gennady Lazarev has been awarded by a badge of honour from the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation "For merits in the development of parliamentarism."

The badge was presented by the Senator of Primorsky region Vyacheslav Fetisov at the ceremonial meeting of the Legislative Assembly, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Primorsky Parliament. The prestigious award was received by two deputies of the Legislative Assembly - Gennady Lazarev and the Chairman of Parliament Viktor Gorchakov. The Senator Vyacheslav Fetisov read out loud the greetings from Valentina Matvienko, the Chairman of the Federation Council, where she emphasized a balanced and constructive policy of deputies.

Gennady Lazarev is the only member of the Legislative Assembly of Primorsky region of all convocations (from 1995 to present.) He is the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of fiscal policy and financial resources and the member of the party "United Russia".
