Heilongjiang University of Technology awarded the title “Emeritus Professor” to VSUES Professor Alexey Mamychev

Alexey Mamychev, Head of the Department of Theory and History of Russian and Foreign Law, lectured on strategic collaboration between Russia and China at Heilongjiang University of Technology (HUT) in December 2016.

Due to the meeting with the HUT Administration he discussed a joint research project and student exchange programs in the field of “International Relations” and “Foreign Studies”.
