In March 2021, with the support of Rossotrudnichestvo and the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a three-day online exhibition "International Higher Education" was held on the recruitment of students from the Republic of Uzbekistan. This is the second online exhibition that has been held with Uzbekistan.

The geography of the exhibitors is very extensive: Russia, Great Britain, USA, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, Ireland, Tajikistan, Republic of Korea, Armenia, Italy, China, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland.

On the part of VSUES, the exhibition was attended by Svetlana Klimenko, executive secretary of the selection committee, and employees of the Department of International and Cultural Activities. On the first day of the exhibition, Svetlana Klimenko made a presentation in the Live-webinar mode and answered numerous questions from applicants about the process of admission and study at VSUES, which applicants asked during their speech.

The executive secretary of the VSUES selection committee noted:

- Participation in such exhibitions makes it possible not only to recruit students for a particular university, but also to popularize Russian education and the Russian language, to enhance the image and prestige of the university in a transparent competition with representatives of the educational sphere of other countries.

On the other two days, employees of the Department of International and Cultural Affairs answered questions from applicants in an online chat.

Tatyana Bogdanovich, head of the department of international educational programs of the Department of International and Cultural Affairs, spoke about the results of this two-day communication:

 - The guys, as always, are interested in pressing pressing issues: how to get to Vladivostok and to VSUES, what documents are needed for admission on a budgetary basis, what exams must be passed, and the most important questions are devoted to financial aspects - the cost of education and living.

In 2019, more than 700 foreign students from 26 countries of the world studied at VSUES, which amounted to more than 9.09% of the contingent. In the same year, the first graduation of children from Uzbekistan took place at VSUES.
