"Miss and Mister VSUES 2022": beauty, intellect, creativity

Final of the grandiose beauty, creativity and intelligence contest was held in Vladivostok FESCO HALL concert hall, where nine creative and talented students competed for the title "Miss and Mister VSUES 2022". The guests of the contest were the participants of the All-Russian contest of intellect, creativity and sports "Miss and Mister Student of Russia 2021".

A competent jury chaired by Professor Tatiana Terenteva, Rector of VSUES, assessed the performers. The topic of this year's competition was the musical The Evolution of Love. In each number, the finalists revealed their understanding of love.

Based on the results of self-presentation, creative and intellectual stages of the contest and the final concert, the title "Mister VSUES 2022" was awarded to Maxim Pastushenko, a third-year student of the Institute of International Business, Economics and Management. "Miss VSUES 2022" became Darya Muravyova, a second-year student of the Higher School of Film and Television.

Congratulating the winners and all the finalists, Tatiana Terenteva, Rector of VSUES, noted that the competition was a real celebration for the participants and for the audience.

- We are proud of you, our dear students. You are all winners. By deciding to step out of your comfort zone and become a contestant, you have taken the first step towards your personal success.

I liked that the topic of the finale was love. I am absolutely convinced that everyone's happiness depends on only two things: when the person you love is around and when you do what you love. Everything else is a derivative. I wish you to be happy, loved and successful.

The happy winners received badges of honour: Maxim received a bow tie embroidered with the name of the competition and Daria received a crown. Based on the results of the audience voting, Maxim Pastushenko also won the Mr. Viewer's Choice title, while Sofia Utkina was awarded the Miss Viewer's Choice title.
