VVSU took part in the exhibition «Russian education – 2022» in Mongolia
The Russian Education – 2022 exhibition organized by the Russian Centre for Science and Culture was held in Mongolia. Twenty-one universities and one technical college took part. VVSU representatives also shared their experience in educating qualified personnel.
During the three days of the university specialist’s work in Ulaanbaatar, more than 500 people, including secondary school students, teachers, and heads of Russian language schools, managed to draw attention to the VVSU activities. The university was represented at the international exhibition by Inessa Fomina, leading specialist of the department of international educational programs, and Marina Krinitskaya, acting head of the department of pedagogy and education.
– Most of those who visited this year's exhibition were pupils from schools where Russian is still the main foreign language. They would like to continue their studies at Russian universities in various fields of studying to become highly qualified specialists in the future with a Russian diploma, which is highly valued among Mongolian employers, notes Inessa Fomina.
There was also a scientific and practical conference «Russian Diploma – Start for a Successful Career», where Marina Krinitskaya introduced all those present to the opportunities that VVSU offers to its students, and presented a report on «The role of graduates in the promotion of the Russian language and Russian culture».
– Interest in Russian education is not diminishing, despite various external negative influences, which is undoubtedly pleasing and motivates us to pay even more attention to the promotion of Russian language and culture abroad, says Inessa Fomina.
