Best of the best: the winners of the contest Miss and Mister VVSU – 2023

The annual beauty and talent contest Miss and Mister VVSU – 2023 has finished in VVSU.

The topic of this year's contest was social media. Long-distance relationships, hatred in comments and life, «masks» in social networks, hiding real emotions – all participants tried to convey in their creative performances.

This year, the finalists were ten versatile, creative, active and highly motivated students, representing five schools and one college of VVSU.  Each of them not only excels in their studies, but also realizes themselves as singers, volunteers and dancers, looking for themselves in a fast-changing world.

The beautiful performances in the final are just a small part of the enormous amount of work the contestants had to cope with. They had to create dances from scratch, learn songs, and think through the concept of their performances. The finalists said that over the month of preparation for the final, they had become a real family, where everyone supports each other, gives advice and even celebrates holidays together.

Miss and Mister VVSU – 2023 became a student of the School of Pedagogy and Linguistics Ksenia Chuprina and a student of the College of Service and Design Leonid Parfenov. The winners received many valuable prizes. According to tradition, Ksenia's head was decorated with the crown of Miss VVSU.
