VVSU Rector Tatyana Terenteva: The university successfully conducted the admission campaign

VVSU Rector Tatyana Terenteva summarized the first results of the admission campaign-2023 in an interview. Among other things, she commented on the situation with foreign students:

– We admitted more than 200 people to all programs of higher and secondary vocational education, as well as postgraduate studies. Most of all foreign students are from China. There are many students from Laos, with whom we have been developing friendly relations for a long time. There are representatives of African and Latin American countries. There are young people from Mongolia. There is a noticeable increase in school graduates from Uzbekistan, where we have opened an educational center and are constantly interacting with colleagues and our future students. In total, we have about 650 foreign students, and we believe that this figure will continue to grow.
