An exhibition of works by the artist from Nakhodka Oksana Raevskaia was held at VVSU
Visitors to the VVSU Museum and Exhibition Complex can find themselves “in the moment” of creativity, history and culture. An exhibition under the same name by artist from the city of Nakhodka Oksana Raevskaya has been opened at the university: it consists of about 100 works from different years, depicting city landscapes, realistic figures and abstract images.
The title of the exhibition reflects the author’s creative approach: drawing in the moment. Most of the paintings are united in the series: “City N”, “Dialogues”, “Connections”, “Figures”, “Flowers and Birds”, “Interiors”. Visitors of the exhibition will also be able to see the works of the artist and philosopher, representative of the avant-garde art of Primorye Gennadii Omelchenko. For Oksana Raevskaia, the master Gennadii Omelchenko became a teacher and gave her an understanding of the basis for a serious and thoughtful attitude to creativity.
“I have been pacing on art my entire adult life, starting from my student days. I keep a personal diary with my graphics, every day I discover something new inside myself. This immersion gives me the joy of communicating with the world in this way, and it hears me. I would like visitors to the exhibition to try to immerse themselves in creativity and reason through my works,” shared the author of the paintings.
To visit the university, its exhibition space and events, you must present your passport at the Pass Office (41 Gogolya St., VVGU, “Winter Garden”, Studencheskaya stop).
We invite everyone to join in the beauty!
