An Online Discussion with Chinese Partners Was Held at VVSU Institute of Creative Industries

A discussion on "Current issues of art education in the field of art and design in China and Russia" was held on the online platform of the Institute of Creative Industries of VVSU. Representatives of Chinese universities from Xi''''an, Shanghai, Gongzhou, Sanya, Daqing shared their experience and proposals.
Professor of the Institute of Art of the Xi''''an University of Architecture and Technology Han Yufen shared developments in the field of technical intricacy of creating an aerial performance of a drone show, which they are currently working on. He told what skills and competencies a designer should obtain to create a realistic image, prescribing an individual route for each copter. Students of the Digital Design program of the Department of Design and Technology were invited to the development team of the next show.
Tan Zhen, professor of the Institute of Art and Design of the Shanghai University of Engineering Sciences, presented a textbook of best practices in the field of national design with a proposal for joint adaptation for use in Russian universities.
Director of the Institute of Creative Industries Inna Klochko presented promising educational areas in the field of art education in the scope of international cooperation, She outlined key points and possible joint events in the cross years of culture of Russia and China, as decided by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping.
The idea of Lu Shaofan, professor of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, and Inna Klochko to create a Russian-Chinese association of universities in the field of art education was supported.
The first events between the parties were planned. Thus, in May, the university will host an International Master Forum. The participants with their master''''s students were invited to take part in the Forum.
