VVSU Participated in Opening Ceremony of National Center "Rossia" Branch
Vladivostok proudly opened the doors of the first branch of the National Center "Russia" in the country. Students and staff of VVSU joined in the festive ceremonies alongside prominent figures of the region, including Governor Oleg Kozhemyako.
Governor Kozhemyako described the branch as a hub attracting residents and visitors alike, providing insights into local landmarks, historical figures, and upcoming projects shaping the future of cities and Vladivostok itself.
Students marched along the renovated seafront near the Olympiec sports complex, forming a symbolic column representing unity and patriotism. The grand event culminated in a large-scale dance flashmob "Beautiful Distant Future," echoing earlier performances at the National Exhibition Forum "Russia" in Moscow.
The ceremony concluded with a concert featuring talented performers from Primorye and guest star Eva Polna.
The National Center "Russia" branch in Vladivostok marks the first regional unit established under President Vladimir Putin''s decree. Its mission is to showcase achievements, preserve cultural heritage, and foster national identity.
