Reading Competition Held at Institute of Pedagogy and Linguistics

A reading competition took place within the framework of the Literary Marathon "Know. Read. Remember." Organizer Galina Kasyanenko shared details about the event:

"This year, our traditional reading contest received new impetus. Firstly, it was organized jointly with the Institute for Training Foreign Citizens. Secondly, unexpected international duos performed. Thirdly, the selection of works for reading was exceptionally diverse!"

Poems by Alexander Pushkin, Sergei Yesenin, Robert Rozhdestvensky, Eduard Asadov, Rasul Gamzatov, Ivan Krylov, Vladimir Mayakovsky, Daniil Kharms, among others, echoed through the halls.

The competition featured three categories: individual reader, duo, and small theatrical form. The jury consisting of Galina Kasyanenko, associate professor Tatiana Metlyaeva, and senior specialist Victor Egupov awarded places as follows:

Victor Egupov concluded:"We love this reading contest, students love it too, listeners also become its fans immediately. It''''s creative preparation, reading skill, emotions, and desire to learn more about Russia."

He expressed gratitude to teachers who assisted students in preparing for the competition.
